Help! How do I change the inbox translation language on GMAJOR?

Our international sales team has been experiencing some challenges lately with the incoming messages on GMAJOR. Specifically, we're receiving inquiries from various regions, and while the platform's automatic translation is helpful, the default language seems to be fixed on Spanish. This is creating a slight bottleneck as some team members are more fluent in English and others in French.
