Help! How do I change the inbox translation language on GMAJOR?

Our international sales team has been experiencing some challenges lately with the incoming messages on GMAJOR. Specifically, we're receiving inquiries from various regions, and while the platform's automatic translation is helpful, the default language seems to be fixed on Spanish. This is creating a slight bottleneck as some team members are more fluent in English and others in French. We need to adjust the primary translation language for our inbox to English, or ideally, have the option to set it per user or per conversation. Does anyone have experience with changing the default inbox translation language within GMAJOR? Any guidance on where to find this setting or if it requires administrative privileges would be greatly appreciated. We're keen to streamline our communication flow and ensure everyone can quickly understand client needs.

To change the translation language in the 'INBOX' section, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your GMAJOR account. 2. Click 'Hello, [Account Name]' and select 'My account'. 3. In the 'Management' section, select 'Personal information' - 'Edit profile' - 'Language'. 4. Choose the desired language. Note: The language change for translation only applies to new messages. Previously sent messages will still be displayed in the language chosen at the time they were sent.

Yeah, I think there is. Try going to your account settings. Should be somewhere in personal info or profile.

I had this problem too. It's a bit hidden. You need to go to 'My account' then 'Edit profile' under 'Personal information'. Look for the language setting there.

Just a heads up, it only works for NEW messages, not old ones. Learned that the hard way.
