Can I post a service without a set price?

Our logistics division is exploring more agile ways to secure specialized freight forwarding services for our expanding European network. We're finding it challenging to pre-define a fixed price for every potential route and cargo type, as requirements can vary significantly and last-minute adjustments are common. Given this, I'm curious about the forum's experience with posting service requirements on GMAJOR without a firm, upfront price. For instance, if we need a quote for a unique container shipment that requires specialized handling and expedited delivery, how would that best be presented? Are there established best practices for indicating a flexible budget or a 'request for quote' model within the platform to attract relevant service providers who can then propose tailored solutions and pricing? We want to ensure we're attracting serious, qualified vendors without setting ourselves up for overpaying or missing out on competitive bids due to an arbitrary initial price point.

Yes, you can leave the price blank by selecting 'NEGOTIABLE PRICE'. Ensure all other product/service details are thoroughly filled out for transparency.

Yeah, you can totally do that. Just choose the 'Negotiable Price' option when you're setting up the post. It's pretty common for services like that.

Totally agree with the others. 'Negotiable' is your friend here. Good luck with your service!

Def don't need a price. Just make sure you fill out all the other details about what you offer. Buyers want to know what they're getting even if they have to ask about the price.
