Query Regarding Pricing Information on Product Listings

Urgent guidance needed regarding the consistent and accurate display of pricing information on product listings within the GMAJOR platform. We've encountered several instances this week where listed prices appear to be outdated or simply missing altogether, leading to significant confusion for our potential buyers and impacting conversion rates. Specifically, for products under SKU [Insert SKU Example 1] and [Insert SKU Example 2], the displayed prices are not reflecting current negotiated rates, and in a few cases, the price field is entirely blank. Could someone from the platform support team or a fellow experienced vendor please clarify the expected protocol for ensuring real-time price updates and address the potential causes for these discrepancies? Immediate clarification is crucial to avoid further transactional friction and maintain our trading reputation.

Hello, We have encountered similar situations. My understanding is that you can indeed leave the price field blank. However, it's crucial to compensate with very detailed product descriptions and specifications. Have you considered clearly stating 'Price Negotiable' or 'Request for Quotation' in the product title or description itself? Best regards, Anna Chen Global Sourcing Solutions

Good question. In our experience, a lack of pricing can sometimes deter potential buyers who prefer a clear starting point. Have you explored using a 'Starting From' price, or perhaps a price range if applicable? It might still allow for negotiation while offering some initial guidance.
